In these extraordinary times, there is a profound yearning for kindness in all its forms. At times it’s hard to comprehend the tumultuous changes occurring on the world stage and in our private lives. As we navigate these immense changes, it’s helpful for us to recognize compassion as a healing spark and wield it as a powerful tool.
I believe that compassion has power and it changes things in beneficial ways. Which is why I created an Alignment Session centered around the song "Purple Rain" by Prince. Consider this session as a prayer that can be extended to any distressing situation in your life, your loved ones, the political division in our country, war in Israel and Ukraine, and the daily tragedies we continue to witness.
This music session includes resonance belief statements to align with:
Compassion for yourself
Compassion for the healing process
Compassion for the times we are living in
Willingness to be a spark of compassionate action for others
Before beginning the Alignment Session, do the Intention Session first. This allows you to receive the benefits of the Alignment Music on your terms and at your own pace. Find a quiet place where you won’t be distracted. While listening to the song “Purple Rain”, consciously inhale compassion and allow it to permeate your entire being. Fill yourself with this compassionate energy and then direct the metaphorical Purple Rain to wherever it is needed. This is your way of sending healing and being a catalyst for compassion, both for yourself and for humanity.
May you be a spark of compassion this week. Let’s be that together.
I help people and companies navigate these extraordinary times. If you want to learn more about how to work with me, check out this link:
When you embark on an Alignment Coaching Session, together we’ll explore the possibilities for a profound personal and spiritual transformation with the Alignment Movie Process (AMP). It’s a delightful way to experience lasting change while watching movies.
May you find some peace today!
